just seen mike and the band at butlins 60s weekend,afterwards mike kindly posed for photos and signed autographs for me and took time to chat.a true gent and fantastic on stage best of the weekend by far.....cheers mike

I have just been to Blackpool to see mike pender and the searchers December 2011,It was a great weekend,the best part was meeting mike again after 45 years.

Thank you for the great night at my 60th party.

Would be nice to hear MPS do a few songs that they use to do in their shows, such as:

Tulsa Time

Saw Mike last night at the Green Room with Ian Smith,fellow founder member of The Searchers Appreciation Society. We had not seen MPS for a few years but it was an excellent show apart from Sweets which had no lead vocal due to sound problems. Sound improved after that and "the voice" was in good form.Nice to hear Goodbye My Love and Take It Or Leave It. Pity no Hearts In Her Eyes. Set List(not in order): Sweets, Sugar, Ain't Gonna,Needles. When You Walk, Take It,Don't Throw, Love Potion, My Girl, Games People Play,Goodbye My Love,and ending with Summer of 69. Might have missed one! A great night at a nice venue.
